Apartment Booking conditions:
The apartment is booked if you have paid in advance for one day/night
staying at our accommodation. The advanced payment is accounted
in the total at final calculations. It is not returned when you did not
arrived. The booking dates can not be changed. At the arrival you have
to pay in advance for all the days/nights you plan to stay at our apartment,
taking into account the advanced payment. Changing to another apartment
is possible only on the next day after your arrival, if we have available
one(s). It is desirable to book in advance in 10-15 days before
you plan to arrive to Kiev.
If you have not booked the apartment in advance, we can propose you only
the apartments, which are still available at the moment, if any. You can
contact us at the date of your arrival to Kiev.
Our apartments are mostly booked for 5-7 and more days/nights.
Booking of apartments for 1-4 days/nights is usually possible at your
arrival at Kiev. In that case, you can contact us at the date, or better
one day before your arrive to Kiev.

How to book the apartment?
Fill in the ordering form (see below), please, or just send us a letter.
Please, inform us regarding the following:
- the number placed on the web site, related to the apartment desired;
- how many persons are assumed to live in the apartment;
- the arrival and departure dates.
We shall reply in 24 hours with the confirmation of your order. You can
transfer the one day/night advance payment after receiving the confirmation
of the order. If the apartment you choose is not available, we shall propose
you alternative one(s).
Attention, please!
Your order is accepted only after you have paid in advance for at least
one day/night staying at our accommodation. We shall send you a receipt
confirming the booking of the apartment. We insure that you will be have
the apartment you ordered at you arrival to and during the ordered dates
of your staying at Kiev.
The changing for another apartment may occur only on case of accidents
like serious leak in water supplies, mains malfunctioning, or long-time
ordering by another person. In that case we shall propose you equivalent
or better, i.e. more expensive, replacement, for the same price.

What is included?
- renting of the whole apartment, not a single bed;
- bed and kitchen accessories, towels, city phone connection;
- clearing services, changing of bed garments
and towels once a week at the time convenient for you;
The booking time?
Arrival at 13:00, leaving at 12:00. We always allow early arrival and late leaving, when possible. I f you want to assure your early arrival or late leaving, you should pay for one extra day/night.

Domestic animals:
Domestic animals are allowed, but not in every of our apartments. Contact us for the confirmation of a special permission, if you want to take your pet(s) with you. You order may be cancelled, if you have not got a permission for the arrival of your pet(s) with you. The advanced payment is not returned in this case.
